Swansea, Wales (SportsNetwork.com) -- Swansea City announced Friday that it has signed Jay Fulton from Scottish side Falkirk on a two-and-a-half-year deal. Fulton becomes the fourth Swansea arrival during the January transfer window, joining David Ngog, Adam King and Raheem Hanley in making the move to the Liberty Stadium.
