HARRISON, N.J. -- The New York Red Bulls have signed Spanish defender Armando. Red Bulls sporting director Andy Roxburgh says Armando will give the team another experienced option at centre back. The 29-year-old most recently played for Spanish second division side, Cordoba, following a short stint at Mexicos Veracruz. He had been with FC Barcelonas B team for three year, playing in 51 games.
